What is the minimum order?
Within Canada, the minimum , excluding shipping, is $50. Internationally, the minimum is $100(Canadian dollars.)
How do I place an order?
The first step is to email or phone with your order and how you want it shipped. We will then sort out anything needing sorting out (such as availability, pattern option, etc) and email you back with your total, including shipping. You then provide us with your payment method, we confirm that payment has gone through, and ship out your order.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and certified payments (such as certified cheques, money orders or money wires).Payment in full is required prior to the items being shipped.
What are my shipping options?
We charge actual shipping costs so we are happy to use the shipper of your choice. Often Canada Post is the cheapest option, but that will depend on the weight and bulk of your order. Also, as you likely know, Canada Post can be somewhat slower than private companies. If the shipment destination is outside of Canada, we will need to know how you would like to deal with customs brokerage.Note that items going to the United States should be duty free as the products are made in North America..
What about bulk orders?
This is a retail site, but if you want to order in quantities, contact us and we can discuss pricing issues.
